Refund & Return Policy

Eligibility

Returns are accepted for damaged, leaked, expired or wrongly supplied products reported within 7 days of delivery with unboxing photographs and the original invoice.

Non-returnable items

Opened or partially used agrochemical packs cannot be returned for safety and regulatory reasons unless the product is defective.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days. For cash on delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer to the account provided by the customer.

Commission impact

If an order that generated partner commission is refunded or cancelled, the related commission entries are reversed automatically and the wallet balances are adjusted.
